A New Line of Weekly Questioning
What have you failed at this week?
Do you ever ask yourself this?
It sounds counterproductive because we want to bolster our progress, acknowledge our accomplishments, and give ourselves a pat on the back for a job well done.
But 'What have you Failed at this week?' is a great question to add to your weekly reviews for 3 reasons:
It normalises mistakes. Mistakes are not something to be ashamed of.
It ensures you're challenging yourself, because if everything you're doing is working then you're not experimenting or pushing your boundaries fully.
It helps you learn. Acknowledging failures helps us consider them thoroughly, learn from them, and problem-solve to make things better.
So, what have you failed at this week?
